F.T.D. Cognac Maxime Trijol
Color: yellow with amber nuances, brilliant, solar and tawny on the edges. Nose: lively, spicy (cinnamon, vanilla), citrus. A clean, clear and appealing nose. Palate: the palate is suave, soft and straight. Surprisingly for a cognac, this one is easy to taste, very smooth and round. Alcohol is fine. Pairing: tart with chestnut cream and vanilla from Madagascar; mirabelle plum tart and candied lemon. Comment: very nice.
