Color: straw yellow hue, silver reflection. Very fine bubble. Nose: orchard fruits, citrus. Palate: round, with a nice acidity, the same aromas as those perceived on the nose. Fresh acidity, round, crunchy. A fairly long, very subtle finish. Pairing: can match with any dish; grilled chicken, cream sauce. Comment: a very beautiful and subtle cuvée. Age 5 years.
