Color: lightly golden with fine straight bubbles and great clarity. Nose: gourmet with aromas of candied white-fleshed fruits. Palate: fresh attack with fresh mirabelle bringing great indulgence. Long with a fine saline note. We notice that malolactic fermentation stopped. Pairing: aperitif with crispy buckwheat tile and fresh seasonal mirabelle. Comment: a gastronomic Champagne representing Bouzy terroir beautifully.
