Champagne Lacroix-Triaulaire
Color: pale gold with green reflection and fine bubbles. Nose: very open, with ripe stone fruits, fresh apple, candied lemon and white flowers. Roasted hazelnut, soft spices and acacia honey appearing after it opens up. Palate: ample, with white-fleshed fruits and citrus, good volume, pleasant bitterness and salinity on the finish. Pairing: immediate pleasure as apéritif or veal tenderloin with porcini. Comment: a beautiful representation of Aube terroirs.
