Color: clear and bright, with a deep amber color and a light greenish rim. Nose: a complex nose, driven by rancio notes of roasted walnut, dried Sultana raisin, cocoa, roasted coffee, prune, brown sugar, leather and cigar box. Hint of volatile acidity adding dimension. Palate: very generous, rounded and nutty attack with roasted walnut, dried raisin, dried fig and prune, caramel and honey, cedar wood and smoke, hint of leather. Very complex and layered, with a long finish.
