Color: clear and bright, with a very deep amber color and a light greenish rim. Nose: rich nose with fine rancio notes of crushed walnut, roasted hazelnut, prune and raisin, molasses and caramelised brown sugar. Hints of dried exotic fruits character of banana and pineapple. Palate: generous attack with a sweet exotic fruit character like pineapple and dried banana, combined with warming sweet spice of cinnamon and vanilla, roasted walnut, hint of leather and smoke. Long finish with fine complexity.
