Color: deep, intense ruby, limpid and bright. Nose: floral and chalky notes on the first nose. Upon aeration, the wine reveals a magnificent bouquet of ripe fruit, full of freshness. Palate: delicate, pure, and smooth. Fine and silky tannic structure. Long and gourmand finish. Pairing: veal chop with chanterelles. Comment: a superb 2023 vintage, with a beautiful expression of the Grand Clos Rousseau’s limestone terroir.
