Visual aspect: sound sustained red. Nose: caramel, slightly burnt wood, incense stick, red fruit. Palate: fruits, tannins present, nice basket of ripe red fruit. Good length. Match with food: Camargue gardianne de taureau (bull stew). Comments: a good cuvée.
