Palate: fresh at first taste, straight, verbena, herbaceous. Beautiful intensity, aromas of anise and white flowers with an acid background in the aftertaste which gives balance to the wine. Length of 2 to 3 caudalies. Match with food: flambéed sea bass with aniseed and creamy sauce. Comments: a beautiful moreish Riesling, distinguished and refined.
