Visual aspect: brilliant and deep garnet-red hue. Nose: very aromatic; flint, ripe black and red fruits, flowers (violet, white peony). Palate: racy, fine, spicy, distinguished, moreish; ripe fruits, violet. Very harmonious. Minerality, freshness, beautiful length. Match with food: beef rib with marrow. Comments: very successful 2009 effect.
