Visual aspect: crimson colour, burgundy tinges. Nose: open, red fruits, fresh, mentholated. Palate: pure. Develops on a tannic background, very young. Lovely freshness softened by a very present volume. Match with food: grilled lamb chops, creamy polenta; roasted guinea fowl and mushrooms. Comments: a young wine, to await for more pleasure.
