Visual aspect: white, gold, deep, brilliant. Nose: very aromatic first nose, freshness, candied grapefruit, citrus, white-fleshed flowers, hawthorn. Second nose on finesse, garigue and thyme. Palate: straight, pure, vivid, mineral, mid-palate on citrus, nice acidity which gives a nice brightness. Beautiful typicity. Match with food: aperitif; poached oysters with caviar of Aquitaine. Comments: beautiful typicity of the AOC Picpoul de Pinet. Lovely wine.
