Palate: supple, full-bodied and round with marvellous balance on flavours of black fruit. Match with food: rack of lamb sprinkled with parsley and garlic, jugged wild rabbit served with small vegetables. Comments: a delicate, elegant and very aromatic wine. So pleasing on the palate, with superb body.
