Visual aspect: luminous and concentrated, with a lovely garnet-red colour.                                            Nose: elegant, rich, delicious, it combines hints of pepper and scents of small red fruit and liquorice.                                                        Palate: full-bodied, generous, fresh with fruity flavours, sustained by distinct, but elegant, fine tannin.  The finish is marvellously long.                                                             Match with food: wild boar.                                    Comment: a splendid Châteauneuf-du-Pape, great talent!  We recommend this wine for the pure pleasure it gives.
