Visual aspect: an extremely vivid garnet-red hue. Nose: undergrowth, peppery, herbaceous scents, very rich and long-lasting aromas. It needs to be swirled to develop its aromas. Palate: elegant, on supple tannins, with a flavour of cherry pips. Superb finish! Match with food: venison with red fruits, traditionally braised guinea fowl. Comments: decanting this wine is highly recommended to enjoy an excellent moment of pleasure.
