Visual aspect: a deep, radiant crimson hue.
Nose: very fruity, delicately woody on spicy scents and aromas of red fruit.
Palate: supple, soft, smooth first taste, developing on crisp tannin and excellent structure. The finish is concentrated, developed and elegant.
Match with food: roasted woodpigeon.
Comment: a very pleasing and well made cuvée; absolutely delicate...a superb wine!
