Visual aspect: pale yellow colour. Nose: very fresh, on scents of white
blossom, quince, almond. Palate: citrus, pineapple, white-fleshed fruits, good volume and persistency in the mouth. Match with food: grilled gilthead sea bream and green sauce. Comments: very complete wine. Lovely freshness in the nose and good intensity in the mouth.
