Visual aspect: a ruby colour with crimson tinges, the disc is translucent and radiant.
Nose: a well-balanced spicy/vegetal aroma, intensified by fragrances of small black fruit.
Palate: pure with lovely fruitiness at first, with a tannic, powerful and marvellously long finish.
Match with food: T-bone steak with pan-fried provençal vegetables.
Comments: a wine that combines powerfulness and fruitiness: an excellent Pauillac.
