Visual aspect: a gleaming pale golden colour with a lovely disc. Nose: floral scents and aromas of tropical fruit, mango compote, and hints of vanilla-flavoured biscuit, fragrances of tarragon, chervil, peach blossom after swirling and apricot. Palate: superb balance, the first taste reveals marvellous acidity and the finish is fresh. Match with food: sole, scallops meunière. Comments: can also be enjoyed served as an aperitif, sitting outside in the sun.
