Visual aspect: an averagely vivid garnet, ruby-red colour. Nose: expressive, it exudes hints of undergrowth, humus, mushroom, truffle and scents of crushed fruit and caramel. Palate: full-bodied initially, it fades quickly on flavours of cherry stone in eau-de-vie. Match with food: young pigeon with mushrooms and small, glazed onions. Comment: a wine with good potential difficult to taste at present.
