Visual aspect: a pale yellow hue with greenish tinges. Nose: aromas of gooseberry, citrus, star fruit and beeswax. Palate: delicate and fresh, on flavours of white flowers and very ripe fruit. Superb finish. Match with food: risotto with truffles. Comments: lots of elegance and delicacy.
