Visual aspect: a lovely ruby colour, with the disc showing slight hints of development (orangey tinges). Nose: aromas of ripe fruit, scents of jam and hints of mushroom. Palate: supple on the first taste, with melted, warm tannins. The finish is elusive it is characteristic of this vintage. Match with food: grilled meat. Comment: enjoy this wine now, it is at its peak!
