Visual aspect: garnet-red colour, limpid. Medium concentration. Nose: quite open, very ripe fruit. Very melted woodiness (100% new oak), delectable. Hint of vanilla. Palate: round, delicious. Quite fleshy, well-balanced. Perceptible pleasure, with still solid tannins in the finish. Nice fruity retro-olfaction. Match with food: grilled meats; Comté cheese; roastbeef. Comments: moreish ; fairly fleshy. A modern wine with a good composition.
