Visual aspect: not very deep ruby-red colour with signs of development. Nose: fruity bouquet, crushed raspberry. Palate: supple first taste, without harshness, quite fine. Fruity, fresh Palate. Fresh, long-lasting and beautiful aftertaste. Match with food: tomato tartare and grilled scampis, with garlic and preserved lemon. Comments: a beautiful bottle to start the meal with, perfectly matching Mediterranean flavours. Wonderful!
