Visual aspect: a ruby-red colour. Nose: charming on floral scents and aromas of ripe black fruit. Palate: good balance and structure, with a long and lovely finish. Match with food: suckling pig, duck breast cooked on a hot grill plate. Comments: a well made wine, tremendous!
