Visual aspect: brilliant, concentrated and limpid. Nose: intense and delicious, revealing delicate notes of small red fruits, opening with woodiness and spices (pepper mint). Palate: supple, pure, with silky and elegant tannins. Fruity finish. Match with food: lamb navarin with mushrooms. Comments: a very nice blend of Merlot and Cabernet (Franc, Sauvignon).
