Visual aspect: a whitish-yellow hue with golden tints, lovely radiance and crystal clear tints.  
Nose: the first nose reveals hints of maturation, with a scent of roasted hazelnuts and mocha: very aromatic. 
Palate: pure on the first taste and lively.  It develops very pleasantly on a flavour of candied quince.  Excellent balance and good length of flavours.  
Match with food: aperitif, calf's sweetbread with chanterelle mushrooms. 
Comments: a very interesting wine with tremendous ageing potential. Extremely elegant.
