Visual aspect: quite a deep crimson-red colour. Nose: empyreumatic, smoky scents. Palate: a good first taste, it is well-balanced wth a smoky touch, a flavour of blackcurrant and a vegetal hint. Match with food: small game birds, rack of lamb. Comments: a lovely-looking wine, it is well-balanced at present, but will continue to mature well. An excellent wine!
