Champagne Waris Larmandier
Visual aspect: plentiful effervescence, a thick, long-lasting cordon.  It gleams with an averagely intense golden yellow colour.   Nose: scents of hazelnut, toast and slightly bitter-tasting fruit.  Palate: lively, clean and pure on the first taste.  Lots of effervescence and a taste of delicately bitter fruit.  Match with food: crayfish in tempura with sweet and sour sauce.  Comments:  finely balanced, aromatic, fresh Champagne.
