Visual aspect: a mahogany hue, showing good development. Nose: sunny, very smoky aromas, scents of toasting, it is elegant. Palate: delicious, fleshy, intensely pleasing on fruit flavours. The finish is excellent. Match with food: grilled Iberian Black hoof pork. Comments: a tremendous wine made by talented professionals!
