
Visual aspect: a garnet-red crimson colour, with vivid tints.
Nose: rich and powerful, exuding aromas of red (cherry, redcurrant) and black (blackcurrant, blackberry) fruit, as well as hints of sweet spices.   
Palate: full-bodied, smooth and fruity, on an excellent structure of tannin.  Crisp tannins reveal flavours that resemble the aromas.  The finish is long and elegant. 
Match with food: boneless rolled fillet of venison with chanterelle mushrooms. 
Comment: a wine that comes from a terroir which has not accustomed us to such delicacy and elegance.  Excellent!
