A globally recognized oenologist, François Huré developed an early interest in viticulture, leading him to study biology at the University of Reims and then oenology at the University of Burgundy. With a National Diploma in Oenology in hand, he honed his skills by overseeing the winemaking at prestigious estates in France such as Domaine De Montille and Hospices de Beaune in Burgundy, as well as Domaine Ferraton and M.
