Color: dark ruby core, purple rim. Nose: youthful dark berries, intense herbaceous note, capsicum, cassis leaf, violet, roasted wood, cedar. Still very youthful, starts to show complexity. Palate: dense and tight attack, elevated grippy tannin, vibrant freshness and acidity. Midpalate shows good concentration with crushed dark cherry, black currant, mint, cassis leaf, capsicum. Bitter chocolate on the finish, a hint of roasted wood. Still very youthful palate, to age.
