Antoine Moueix Propriétés
Color: intense garnet hue, cherry reflection. Nose: jammy black fruit (cherry, blackberry). After swirling we have woody and vanilla notes. Palate: supple attack, aromas of jammy cherry, delicate notes of vanilla. The tannins are supple and well integrated. A nice length. Pairing: lamb shank with thyme and rosemary with a sweet potato mousseline. Comment: this wine can age for another 3-5 years so that its tannins soften further.
