Color: ruby hue, limpid, brilliant. Nose: very ripe red and black fruits (cherry, wild strawberry, blackcurrant), hint of vanilla, black pepper, undergrowth. Palate: supple, round attack. Nice acidity, nice tension which gives freshness. Jammy fruit, a nice length on the finish. Pairing: rib steak with wine sauce. Comment: a nice maturity of the fruit and tannins. Well balanced.
