On February 19, 2018, Allwines organized a prestige tasting in New York in collaboration with William Schragis, graduate of the famous Court of Master Sommeliers and recognized spirit specialist by the Society of Wine educators. William consults the main American importers, sets up wine list for private cellars and gift lists for companies.
During this tasting that took place in the prestigious restaurant one-Michelin star Le Bâtard, Allwines gathered 60 wine professionals (sommeliers, importers, wine shop managers) who could taste, discover and comment
different French wines and spirits. The products have been judged over a lunch especially imagined to be the most neutral possible to let the wines and spirits express the best way.
The goal of this degustation was to talk about the potential of each product on the New York market over international cuisine, but also to include new products in their wine list or their catalogue, etc.
After the event each wine grower has received the complete list of tasters as well as a tasting review written by the American tasting commission.
