Translucent robe with pale yellow shades. Complex nose with floral aromas, pleasant palate, mineral, a lovely volume. Some floral aromas, a lovely freshness with a delicate buttery finish. Perfect to serve over oysters, mussels or other shellfish, but also a noble poultry.
Chardonnay Grande Réserve 2016 / White
Clear, nearly pale yellow robe. Aromatic nose with a lot of exotic fruits, a voluminous palate, long, refreshing with flavours of exotic fruits and a slightly toasted finish. An unctuous wine.
Pinot Noir Grande Réserve 2016 / Red
Vivid red colour, ruby-red shades. In the nose, red fruits and spices. A fairly powerful, well-balanced palate. We find the spices in the finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon Grande Réserve 2015 / Red
Beautiful crimson deep colour. Rich nose with aromas of black fruits and cocoa. Some peppery notes. On the palate, the same aromas than the nose. Powerful palate. Round and powerful tannins. A really pleasant coffee touch in the finish.
Haut Médoc / Red
Crimson colour, dark and deep shades. Cocoa and dark fruits in the nose, lovely harmony. On the palate, it is supple, round, well-balanced with supple and elegant tannins that contribute to the general balance.
Pinot Noir Grande Réserve 2016
Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux / Red
Very dark colour, nearly bordeaux/black. Powerful nose, mingling cocoa and black fruits. On the palate, the aromas of ripe fruits, black fruits, a good aromatic concentration and an elegant finish make it a rich and pleasant wine.
Saint-Emilion Grand Cru / Red
Ruby-red colour with dark shades. A nose mingling red and black fruits fruits with scents of vanilla and spices. On the palate, we find the aromas of fruits, firm and powerful tannins, which make a well-balanced wine with a long aftertaste and a pleasant finish.
