After several months of waiting, we finally know the name of the Best Sommelier of France 2020. Congratulations to Florent Martin for his victory!
The event took place at the École de Paris des Métiers de la Table in strict accordance with sanitary conditions.
On the program various workshops: tribute to French gastronomy, from glass to bottle, the drinks language, comparative tasting with Champagne and Sake, tasting around a chromatic route or organization of a Wine Tour in Cyprus.
