The Union of the French Sommelier Profession (UDSF) groups together 21 regional associations.
It counts approximately 1 300 members.
Each regional association functions in a completely individual manner, using articles approved by the UDSF.
These associations organise tastings and trips.
They take part in training activities for young people.
