If the brand is not known yet by amateurs, it already seduces the best professionals of the spirit trade.Philippe Ciofolo and Patrice Courret, its creators, managed to combine, for the first time, in a purely traditional form, a 10-year-old Cognac with a fresh milk from the pastures of Poitou-Charentes. “With XO Crème we are willing to guarantee, for the connoisseurs and for those who are curious to try, a product of excellence, the quality of a product made in France, for a tender and intense moment of tasting”, confides Philippe Ciofolo.
XO Crème requires to ally the quality, the tradition and the innovation which can be found into the logo. The X is made of a slash with serif reminding the tradition, the rigor of Cognac, intertwining with a rounder forward slash reminding the softness, unctuousness, and voluptuousness of the cream. The O represents the roundness on the palate, the tasting glass, the circle of friends that we invite for this special moment. The French flag represents the requirement of quality, the tradition, the product origin, the Cognac inheritance, but also the traceability of the ingredients and lifestyle à la française.
The formula of this elixir is well kept; it is the result of a skillful blend of natural ingredients of the highest quality, mingling excellence, powerfulness and softness. Here we have an Extra Old Cognac, and the famous fresh milk from the Poitou-Charentes region, which provides softness and smoothness.
XO Crème, Cognac cream, proposes 5 atmosphe­res: Coffee for the lovers of just roasted Arabica, Coconut for those who appreciate the tropical side, Chocolate for the lovers of cocoa, Vanilla for the elegance and the subtlety and Caramel for the greediness... Whatever your taste or desire, XO Crème is perfect just with an ice cube.
For the tasting, XO Crème Vanilla can be enjoyed plain or served with something sweet. XO Crème Coffee is to be enjoyed later in the evening with an ice cube whereas XO Cème Caramel goes best with a “café gourmand” or even replaces it.
