The dark side of the apple Neige, sweetness brought
in from the cold,
an apple ice… wine!

When one thinks of Canada, one first thinks of maple syrup and of the cold of the winter! However, there is an authentic product, apple ice cider – also known as apple ice wine –only invented 15 years ago, which is now the most popular local product sold in Québec!

Ice cider Neige was inspired by the long, snowy Quebec winters. These extreme temperatures are necessary to obtain the right concentration of sugars needed for its creation. Ice cider is elaborated using natural process that requires a lot of fruit – it takes 7 kilos of apples to produce just half a liter of Neige.

Neige offers a perfect balance of sugar and acidity,

characterized by a rich amber color. It offers a distinctive fresh apple flavor with a vanilla finish. Although ready to drink now, Neige can be aged and savored for several years. Served cold (6°C), it is a perfect aperitif or accompaniment to cheeses with a lactic and slightly nutty aroma.

To double your pleasure, Neige is available in two distinct
versions:

Neige Première, a forthright expression of the Macintosh apple freshly harvested in autumn. A pure pleasure straight from the orchard!

Neige Récolte d’Hiver, an explosion of flavors captured in apples that are picked when frozen. The ultimate in concentrated aromas of apple compote.

Neige has already won some 35 prizes and medals for quality. A must-taste nectar !
