The world of the sommelier profession is developing rapidly in France and worldwide.  We must take care not to lose sight of our fundamental ethics or the main reason for the existence of our metier.  It is marvellous to observe that this profession is well-known in so many countries! The ASI is comprised of 50 country-members, based on three continents: Europe, ASIa and the Americas.
